Mi Tigo is a self-service application designed for Tigo customers, both for mobile and home services. The app provides a range of features to manage your Tigo account and enjoy exclusive promotions.

With Mi Tigo, you can easily check your balance and available bonuses, transfer credit from your recharge account, activate and gift bonuses using your account balance or debit/credit card. You can also recharge your own line or others, view and pay bills (for postpaid and home customers), set up automatic debit for bill payments, and access details of your plan.

For Tigo home internet customers, the app allows you to manage your internet service, including changing the network name and password, sharing your internet connection, and restarting your modem.

Mi Tigo also offers additional features like activating Premium content such as Amazon Prime Video for postpaid and home customers, closing sessions on multiple devices, receiving notifications for promotions and new features, and providing feedback through internal notifications.

To access the app, you can register using either a password or a PIN. The password option allows you to manage multiple services at once, while the PIN option is a quick and simple registration method for mobile customers.

For added convenience, Mi Tigo supports biometric authentication, allowing you to access the app using your fingerprint or Face ID.
